Geralyn A. Carducci, D.O., ABPN Board Certified Psychiatrist
Prior to relocating to Manitowoc in January of 1998, Dr.
Carducci was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at the University of Illinois at Chicago. At the University of
Illinois, Dr. Carducci was Chief of the Consult-Liaison Service, consultant to the Student Mental Health Clinic, and an attending physician in the Women's Program.
Dr. Carducci's training includes medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine; internship at Cook County Hospital; and psychiatric residency at Lutheran General Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Illinois.
While at Lutheran General Hospital, Dr. Carducci served as Chief Resident and was the Psychiatry Department's nominee for the Ruggee
Humanitarian Award. She is a member of several professional and honorary organizations, including the American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, Wisconsin Medical Society, and The Wisconsin Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Carducci is a physician and a board certified psychiatrist who treats the full spectrum
of psychiatric disorders in adults and adolescents, especially depression and anxiety
disorders. She has a special interest in women's issues, including PMS, mood symptoms related to pregnancy and menopause, and postpartum depression.
